PAYMENTS: All orders must be paid at the time the order is placed; including local pick up orders.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Include 20% custom order fee. Allow up to 6 weeks for completion.

CANCELLATIONS: I accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.

RETURNS: I will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. If you have concerns with your order, please contact me.

SHIPPING:
Art Prints shipped within 3-5 days Regular art work will be shipped within 2 weeks. Custom art work will be shipped within 4-6 weeks. Regular Jewelry will be shipped within 5 days; normally within 48 hours. CHECK OUT THE LOCAL PICK UP SALE PRICES ON “Art By Sherry Ellis.”
