Payment Policies

  • PAYMENTS: All orders must be paid at the time the order is placed, including local pick-up orders.

  • CUSTOM ORDERS: Include a 20% custom order fee. Allow up to 6 weeks for completion.

  • CANCELLATIONS: I accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.

*Note: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. If you have concerns with your order, please contact me.

Shipping Information

  • Candles typically ship within 3-5 days

  • Shipping for canvas artwork will need to be confirmed before purchase.

  • Regular Jewelry will be shipped within 5 days; normally, within 48 hours.

  • ASK ABOUT DISCOUNTS FOR LOCAL PICK UP OPTIONS

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are handcrafted, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or exchange for defective items. To request a return or exchange, email us at grovegoodsgallery@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.
