Payment Policies

  • PAYMENTS: All orders must be paid at the time the order is placed, including local pick-up orders.

  • CUSTOM ORDERS: Include a 20% custom order fee. Allow up to 6 weeks for completion.

  • CANCELLATIONS: I accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • RETURNS: I will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*Note: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. If you have concerns with your order, please contact me.

Shipping Information

  • Art prints and candles typically ship within 3-5 days

  • Shipping for canvas art work will need to be confirmed before purchase.

  • Regular Jewelry will be shipped within 5 days; normally within 48 hours.
